YOU AND YOUR PRACTICE

Your GP practice is your first point of contact for most health concerns, providing ongoing, personalised care and coordinating with hospitals and specialists when needed. They offer appointments, prescriptions, preventive care (such as vaccinations and screenings), and support for mental health and long-term conditions.

You can access care in person, online, or by phone, and we also offer extended hours appointments. To get the best care, it’s important to share accurate health information, book and cancel appointments responsibly, and use other services (like pharmacists or NHS 111) for minor issues when appropriate.

You have the right to confidentiality, equality, and respectful treatment. Feedback is encouraged to help improve services. Overall, your Our practice works in partnership with you to support your health and wellbeing.
